I bought Deckset in the Mac App Store, how do I upgrade?
If you bought Deckset in the Mac App Store after March 1st 2017, you’re eligible for a free upgrade. Please fill in this form and we’ll send you a license as soon as possible. To our other loyal customers we’d like to thank you in advance for your continued support!
Do I have to upgrade to Deckset 2?
We strongly recommend to upgrade to Deckset 2 since Deckset 1.x will no longer be maintained. Having that said, if you don’t need the new features you’re free to continue using your existing version.
What’s your refund policy?
Our goal is to be fair with refunds and we try to keep it simple. If for any reason you’re ever unhappy with Deckset, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Do you offer education discounts?
We offer a 50% discount to students, teachers and staff members of educational institutions. Apply for an educational license to receive your discount.
Can I use my license on more than one computer?
Yes, as a natural person (and therefore not a company), you may with one license use Deckset simultaneously on up to two computers, provided that you own both of them. Please get in touch if you think your use case is not covered by that.
Where can I find the End User License Agreement (EULA)?
You can read the Deckset End User License Agreement here, which is a legal contract between a software application author or publisher and the user of that application.
